Not a Solar Company That Started Yesterday
In 2018, Suryamandiri was merely a household electrical installation service in Semarang — installing outlets, fixing short circuits, that was all. The first solar panel request came from a neighbor of the workshop who was curious about how a neighbor's electricity bill had dropped dramatically.
From a single residential project in Banyumanik in 2020, we learned that what most often makes clients regret their purchase is not the price of the panels, but the convoluted net metering permit process and after-sales service that vanishes once the money is in. Those two things remain our focus to this day.
